Do you have a physical shop or are you an online shop?

We started as an online service and today we are both.

Do you have your own workshop or do you subcontract to third parties?

We have two workshops in Tres Cantos with everything necessary to service all types of bicycles, including electric bicycles.

We are specialists and official Bosch service, so we can also handle any servicing, updating of your engine maintenance kit, management of a warranty or any other incident directly and preferably with the official company. 

The only service we offer in conjunction with "Mountain Lab Suspension" is the maintenance of suspensions because we believe they are the best in Spain and we always want to guarantee the best to our customers.

Is home collection and delivery available for servicing, maintenance or other issues?

This service is currently limited to customers who have opted for preferential maintenance when purchasing one of our bicycles.

Why are Radon bicycles listed on the web more expensive than on the direct purchase portal "Bike-discount"?

Because the German VAT is lower than the Spanish VAT and because the bicycles include transport and insurance costs.

Can I purchase the Radon bike through Bike-discount and still have you as an official dealer?

Of course you can always choose to buy directly from us and select us as your "Partner Service". To do this you will have the option to choose us in a drop-down menu before finalising the purchase through Bike-discount and the bike will be delivered to our facilities where we will deliver it to you ready to ride. You will have a local service contact point with the brand. You should select us by our fiscal name: Yourebike S.L Calle Urano 50, Tres Cantos Madrid 28760.

Is it possible to test your bikes?

If they can be tested, we always try to have the maximum availability of each brand. You can always consult us at any time.
